I wrote this application to myself, because of my new passion - kettlebell lifting. Could you be successful without computer journal? Yes, for sure. On the other hand, computer program could help a lot. It's useful, fun and kind of competitive. And I think Kettlebell Training Log could be useful to others as it's for me.
